Very disappointed
I only downloaded the app because he advertised that he wants to make the app „free for everyone“.. well, yes you can download it but nothing else. I am very disappointed! There should be a least some free courses to try.
No more tension
I really do love all the different stretching exercises and yoga routines that are offered. Also I do believe the price-performance ratio is fair! I can already feel my tension loosing up. Thanks a lot for developing the app! ☺️
too expensive
too expensive and barley any free classes!
Have to pay for everything
So I honestly got this app thinking I can do it for free without having to pay because it never said anything about paying so I got it and deleted it I was ready to work out and now I’m just disappointed.
Hurt knees immediately
The only free exercise that I was able to do hurt my knees, almost immediately, and that’s the only exercise that I can sample to see if it’s worth paying money for this app. I’m not going to do it because it literally already caused an injury.
I LOVE MY STRETCH APP
Sam makes it so easy and amazing. I do the back relief routine multiple times a week if I don’t make it to the gym and it keeps my back in great shape! Thanks Sam!!!
How I became flexible
I love this because I never knew how to do a split until I knew how to do a split. I learned how to be flexible. I was never flexible and I love now how I’m flexible. I love this app and you should download it.❤️❤️❤️❤️
