But now is outdated, constantly faiks to log in & some times even to boot. Quite disappointing. Even though the service itself is still very good.

Locked accounts 5 hours+ in calls with support
Countless promises of manual verification when all data required is forwarded, system does not recognise documents, call support, support says they will manually review, put in auto review, get declined, repeat. A grandiose waste of promises and time. Been a client for 3 years and was relying on them as the main source of processing payments. Redicilous and complete lack of communication.
Logging out after 24h
What the point of setting face id if you logging out after 24h abd you need to enter password again? I’m using 1password and it’s inconvenient to copy abd paste the password all the time 😔
