Easy to navigate, clear instructions, little downtime. Doesn’t take a ton of clicks to get to core functions. IT team does as great a job of customer service as the tellers and other lobby staff.

The site is down more times than I like. have trouble getting logged in because they change things without notice.

It takes 2 days to transfer money from my suncoast business account to my suncoast personal account , at chase I could do a instant transfer because my business and personal accounts were on the same account and didn’t need separate log ins, or I could do it instantly thru Zelle, 2 ways of doing instant transfer and here there are 0 ways of doing instant transfer. Need to get Zelle or update your systems.

Would be very beneficial for members to have the Zelle capabilities.

The team members have been exceptional. Very knowledgeable and helpful and are always kind and willing to explain the entire situation at hand and get a solution. I love this credit union. The automated teller atm is a marvelous idea. Thank you

One of the most outdated and clunky user interfaces i’ve come across. Definitely needs an overhaul!

They definitely need better training. It’s taking me over 2 months to just get me added to a CC. Still don’t have my card. Sent everything requested numerous times. Should not have had to go through this if the original person did everything correctly. Why I say better training. I’m also being charged for a replacement card I never requested. Not sure if I going to stay with this bank.

I have only been a member for 3 days and if this is how it’s going to be from now on, I made the best financial decision credit union wise I could have made. The customer service is 5 stars and it is hard to find that these days. I am 55 years and I was raised on respect and treating the customer like a friend, and this credit union does that. I would highly recommend this credit union to any and every one that would listen….. Keep up the “GREAT” work. Customer 4 Life!!!

I find it disturbing that you are holding my money captive as you earn interest from its use and I can’t pay my bills with it. Why in God’s name is my transfer from another bank being held up?
