The Supra eKEY app allows real estate professionals efficient, authorized access to properties for sale. Open keyboxes easily using a PIN, the phone’s biometric feature or the Apple Watch. The app also provides access to powerful information that opens the doors to a higher level of service for your clients.
eKEY Basic Service provides the following features:
• Obtain listing keys
• Easily place keyboxes on properties
• Keep track of keyboxes
• View or change keybox settings
• Customize keybox access hours, agent note, flyer, business card in keybox
• Sending showing notifications when showing starts and ends
• Viewing showing details in app
• View data at the door real-time property notes
eKEY Professional Service provides all of the features in eKEY Basic plus:
• Create data at the door real-time property notes
• View MLS listing information even while offline
• View agent roster contact information
• Create and save buyer profiles
• View hotsheet listings
• View map and directions to listings at the tap of a button
• Create and view list of buyers
• Invite buyers to use the Supra Home Tour app for rating homes
• Recommend listings for buyers to view and rate in Supra Home Tour app
• View and compare buyer home ratings
• View buyer feedback on properties and compare by buyer or listing
The Supra eKEY app is designed for real estate professionals who belong to an association or MLS using the Supra system. Contact your association or MLS to subscribe to eKEY service or to upgrade from eKEY Basic to eKEY Professional.

Not Worth the $$$
Decent app, however it is worth nothing close to the $300 price tag.. scamming realtors who have no choice other than using this app.
Brutal
This app is the worst thing ever. Used to use the little black box that never failed, this stupid thing works when it wants. Today it simply won’t update. And Supra never responds to tech support emails. Terrible app. Hope we can switch off this crap provider
I Phone 12
Cannot get support to find why I cannot use by Supra Key since I purchased my new IPhone 12. Help. Call me please at 709-682-1118
Cannot use on Iphone 12 Pro Max
Bought an Iphone 12 Pro Max and realized the app could not be used on this phone, got logged out right away after clicking on the app icon. Any help?
Seriously... no iOS 8/iPhone 6 confirmation yet?
With all the thousands of real estate agents using this critical app and the amount of lead time that has been provided to app developers, seriously why hasn’t the team at Supra/United Technologies already confirmed that app is compatible with the final product releases? Surely they have been working on this for MONTHS!
eKey update
Unable to get update codes twice in two days, certainly unreliable
Will not work
All was fine with the app until the latest update. Will not open. Crashes each time. Makes it tough to show clients homes. Tech support has no solution.
Awesome
This by far has been the best and easiest way to open lockboxes as well as maintaining them. Only issues I've had is when I update my device and forget to re-set it up, after a quick call to support, issue fixed! I highly recommend this app for realtors!
