Supra eKEY

I am a realtor of 7 yrs. and honestly i am sick of their constant updates. in the field when you are at a house and faced with low cover on your phone, and hit with an update, you are locked out of your key opener. you have to write down your key number on a piece of paper to remember it. call support, enter your key number and unlock your key OR if low on cover and get cut... tough luck! sorry can't help ya! seriously need to get into this century and update their tech to allow us to stop having those clunky update shut outs and fix these bugs without locking us out of our keys on a daily basis!

My supra key is disabled permanently and no solution ! The app id absurd!

Absolutely 100% the worst company to provide services to realtors… and they don’t give an f about customer support or service because they know that we are absolutely forced to use their,^} ?^,^}.{% service . Maybe they should also be sued for their monopoly then all of us realtors can be free .

I couldn't get the keybox open and customer service was just not helpful. I mist my next showing appointments today because of this rubbish APP.

It’s totally wasting the time and money !

No one has contacted me back. The “still disabled” error code is still showing I’ve email Supra key No one has called or emailed or responded. Very disappointed. Please can someone reach out to me or give me customer service email?? Anything

Every time I am trying to open the lockbox it won’t let me it says I need to turn Bluetooth in and try again even though I have it on. Nothing has been working I turned Bluetooth off and on. I tried to update it, I am trying as much as I can. I am going to try to delete the app and redownload it. I hope it works. If it changes I will change my review but for now this app is not great at all.

I used have Supra thru my MLS. Our MLS since cancelled the service. I had to purchase 2 other Supra memberships for NWMLS & CDAMLS. However, once the Spokane MLS contract expired (my primary) I can no longer access the app. It flashes the main screen and immediately goes to a payment screen and says my key has been disabled. Ideally, it would let me go to one of the two screens for the other MLSs I belong to. Both are processing my payment. I’ve contacted Spokane and Supra with no solutions from either. Which means I cannot show in the northwest MLS or Coeur d’Alene MLS. Handy.

Our local MLS board makes it a rule to only use Supra lockboxes. $50 activation fee + $15 a month. Sure, supra makes it so only Realtor have access to your listing properties. But a member of another local MLS association can’t even use your supra. That is absurd. Supra just wants to squeeze as much money as they can from Realtors who are already dealing with a terrible market.
