It’s surprisingly great to be able to book a SweepSouth at any time, to come help around the house. The service is excellent too.

Find the app needs more work. You should be able to save bookings in a basket and it should be easier to review sweepstars resumes...

App works great, only feature it lacks is the ability to create or get ones invoice.

Their cleaners stole my money and gold and company did not even offer to reimburse for my loss!

We’ve now used SweepSouth on numerous occasions and we’ve only ever had an incredible experience. We used to have fixed contracts with domestic cleaners but had constant problems with stealing and domestic issues. SweepSouth carefully vets the cleaners and we have always had amazingly friendly, reliable and diligent cleaners. It’s such a great service as it’s so easy to book and you have complete flexibility when you need it. I’d definitely SweepSouth to any friends of mine. It’s the future! Congrats SweepSouth! Johnny

The app works really well, like the team who come help you at your home!

I don’t like how the app automatically changes the sweepstar you have chosen without giving you an option of who you want to replace them with. And it would also be nice to be informed via text instead of email so you know immediately and can cancel on time.

This app is great for if you just need help around the house for those busy times. I would recommend it over and over.

First time using this service and app. Very easy to navigate and book a service. EFT payment keeps giving a system error though, has to use saved card as payment. Otherwise allround good experience so far
