Sygic GPS 導航、離線地圖

香港地圖有很多出錯，更新了好幾次亦沒有改正。想匯報亦沒有途徑， 10分後悔買了這軟件！

After a big update this year, it cannot search any location in the UK, unless you know the post code. It is ridiculous for those have been subscribed the yearly plan. It is also too stupid that no feedback or bug report function if you haven’t installed any email app.

Bought the Premium license. And now you need to buy a Premium PLUS license to use. Totally useless app.

May I report that part of the 3D map is missing inside the Hong Kong map. 3D function doesn’t show as expected for region like Tuen Mun and Hong Kong Airport in the Hong Kong region map provided by the system, even updated to the latest version.

Guiding to distinction not accurate ! ( Guide me going around )

Temporarily is going to be permanently. No responses or fixes. Not to mention breach of sales contract on a lifetime unlimited map update to three time a year. Further you need drive under the sun for a few minutes in order to let the App functional in identifying a route. Is it safe to do that while you are driving ? So weird. TomTom has a more fair deal and I have never experienced a problem on finding / planning a route.

I paid the map year's ago whereas they did not say any download limit but one day they changed the T&C and telling you that your old purchase only liable 3 downloads per year, want unlimited download, pay more. This is a bad selling approach. Nevermind, out there are tons of free apps like HERE WeGo, Google Map, Apple Map offering free map and good performance. You Sygic keep asking money by this kind ridiculous approach until no one use it. Also, the Cantones Chinese (Hong Kong) voice instructions are not in natural manner, although you still understand, it needs improvement. This was reported at least 7 years ago but you guy just ignore, this is another reason I give 1 star. A long long term user.

明明下載了地圖又要求下載，都經常無法計算路線，即使有不差的導航功能也變得無用。
