Transferring
It had showed error several times before i bought eSim. And now I can’t transfer eSIM to my new iPhone. It shows error that email already registered. Why just use QR-code?

Unable to transfer eSIM to new iPhone, it always shows “Transfer not supported”. Now I have to change number in all related services. Why not to show QR code like other providers do? Disappointed.
Does not work
Literally does not work. Takes your money, installs an eSIM, but never connects to the network. Long support calls doesn’t resolve anything as they apparently don’t know how their own service works.
Scam!
This service is a scam. I purchased $30 e-sim that never worked. Spent 5+ hours on the phone with T-Mobile and they had no clue how to support this service. I went to the local T-Mobile store in the USA and they couldn’t help. They simply told me the eSIM that was registered to me through the app was not in my name. This is a scam service and T-Mobile service was not helpful. They told me to uninstall the eSim, thus illegally broke my contract with them. I highly suggest you don’t use this scam.
