Very helpful app
I strongly recommend the app to the visitors and tourists to Japan. If you have any questions about Japan, the app assistants will quickly answer them. They also send you information about interesting places and events in Japan.
Worked well until it didn’t
Worked well in the beginning. But then I got signed out for some reason and couldn’t sign back in. Tried to reset password but it took forever to get the reset password email and even when I finally received the email and tried the reset my password the app just doesn’t do anything. You press ‘ok’ or log in and nothing happens.

Amazing App!
I can’t believe the amazing service I’ve just received with this app. I had some tricky questions about the best type of travel for my trip. I sent Mika my itinerary and she reviewed it and answered everything for me. I’ve heard a lot about the Japanese friendliness/service and I’ve experienced it already and I haven’t even arrived in Japan yet!!

It’s good still..but
I used to like this app. Very fast responses and very helpful people. The first few times I didn’t get charged for asking them to make reservations. But now, they ask for 1000yen for one successful reservation. It’s a bit unreasonable. Let’s say I am travelling for 2 weeks, and everyday I need to make at least 2 reservations, that will cost me a bomb and that amount can pay for meals already. I know it’s a free app, I would rather pay for the app, than paying so much for one reservation.

I cannot rate this app highly enough. I never leave a review of any app, but the helpfulness and time the staff (especially Mika!) take to answer my never ending questions is commendable. If travelling to Japan, do yourself a favour and download this app!!!
Disappointing
Only good for booking hotels, restaurants, and air travel. Useless for anything else.
