下載了，卻沒人理我，問問題小幫手也沒回。 寫mail詢問 app要怎麼做小幫手才會回覆，也沒有任何的回信，所以可以不用浪費時間下載了

更新後為啥不能問問題了😭是要付費才能嗎？
沒有了小幫手，難過
只剩直播似乎就沒有什麼吸引人的功能了
已經無法預約，一直不承認331台灣捐款
此app因為沒有錢已經終止預約服務，我從頭到尾都不付錢，即使之前預約20多間餐廳。 問很多問題都有幫助，但沒必要付錢，因為331我們捐很多了！ 為什麼預約要付錢搞不懂？ 免費為台灣人服務不是很合理嗎？何況我們331捐了那麼多錢，這樣叫報答台灣，真可笑！ 打個電話也才10幾塊，卻要收700台幣，超級黑心，說沒賺錢我不信！
移除諮詢功能，讓我沒有使用動力了
太可惜了⋯⋯產品最大的賣點與優勢被移除，就像拋棄初衷一般，直播並沒有辦法給旅客們最直接的幫助 😞
改版後已失去原APP功能
新版本關閉了線上諮詢的主功能，很遺憾！直播不如看YouTube。
很好的服務
希望不要關閉即時諮詢的聊天功能 因為太方便了～～～ 上回出國這個功能幫了我一個好大的忙！
