I’ve reloaded the wallet and tried to buy a ticket, the ticket never appeared in the app and all the money is gone. Even if that never happened, the user experience is horrible : the app is awfully slow, when it’s set to English, most of it is still in Italian. The app clearly has to be rewritten and surely by someone else, because giving something like this to people is simply cruel.

Please add other language, English would be best to have

Lack of Apple Pay and Google pay it is important for quick pay on mobile.

Ok, I registered but I can’t do anything more because the whole app is in Italian. I understand that we are in Italy but it may be the only way to get bus tickets for tourists and it’s unusable right now. Especially when you are staying on the outskirts. Funnily enough response will probably also be in Italian. Add English at least. It’s good business. Sad situation. Maybe 50 more 1 star opinions will do something.

Its pathetic that nobody considered such obvious thing as (at least) English version of the application. Useless for turists :(
