3 days from delivery and still not working
I bought a tado smart AC. Ordered it to Vietnam and when i got it and started to seting it up i stucked on a stage of firmware update. Already 3 days it is uploading and no signs on the end. Support explain it that it s the cause that i m far from servers which are in Europe and i m in asia so that s why it s takig so long. So the conclusion. If you are in asia and want to buy this don t do this. All they can say is just wait when it stops uploading. Finally after 6 days it s works. But i already ordered a another device which works well but tado has more settings and its more functional.

No Siri for Smart AC control
During Kickstarter campaign you have announced Siri intergration for Smart AC control. There is still no Siri or Apple HomeKit for Smart AC control even after latest WWDC. There is no Apple Watch support. You only make useless tweaks to the app.

Too manual
I expected tado is more automated service But actually, it's not smart... I'm adjusting the temperature manually all the time Only location service is convenient I hope tado change the air conditioning settings automatically based on the outside of temperature And I really want to control it by Siri
It does not work at all
It is too early to pubish App and product. It does not work with Daikin AC at all. I cannot even do factory reset. Unless they update firmware and App, it totally wastes my money.
