Really want to open a savings account with you but can’t get past the log in on the app. It simply won’t accept my email address :(

This app is not too user friendly compared with Monzo savings for example. I am a new user. I cannot see the interest paid on my profiles and made me wonder if I actually receive any interest at all against my savings.

The app is generally good but the horrible bright green text they use for deposit amounts (on a white background) is really awful. No better in dark mode either.

The app is very straightforward and easy to use, but there are no app settings to help with personalisation, which is important for many users. Grey text on a white background can be difficult to see - dark mode can help with this when available. Developers, can you help?

This app is really lacking — I’ve been using for over a year and logging in is often an issue. I’ve since moved to another easy access account with a better interest rate.

So tried to access my account today and have to update app, unfortunately for me my phone is to old and won’t accept the new app which only runs on iOS 15 or above. So now to access my account I have got to buy a new phone. Thank you you tandem. Not even a text message for prior warning 😳

App broken by recent update. Wish I had not updated. Couldn’t log in as it said ‘Failed to authenticate’ using Face ID. Turns out they changed how you are supposed to log in without telling anyone. Absolutely no warning, awful customer service. It was an incredibly stressful and worrying time for me not being able to access my money through no fault of my own. This has been a lesson about how easy it is to lose access to your money with app only banks.

Same problem as other reviews unfortunately. Was a great app until the recent update and now is full of glitches

After the automatic update I have been unable to log back into the app, have emailed twice now with no reply!! Updated to four stars as I managed to get back into the app by fixing it myself, had no issues before this and was a good app before these recent issues

The app will not let me log in, the wheel just spins and eventually says that it is unable to authenticate me. This has caused a colossal amount of inconvenience for me. I had enjoyed the app but I will close the account as soon as I can get my money out because I simply can’t trust it any more.
