You better be careful to download it, I do confirm the huge amount of documentation they ask first I did upload my driving license was not enough they wanted water bill or any other bill, now kyc been approved when I try to transfer my money, in another bank account there is an error coming out “e banking is not enabled in this account” basically my money are blocked, I can not withdraw, Is been 3 days that I did contact the customers support no one is answering I will proceed to report as well to the federal police as other people did, for what I can read in the feedbacks. Be careful guys.

I have been trading in cryptocurrency for a number of years now and was excited to find this app only to be let down with the stringent and peculiar identification requirements in order to open the account. Having uploaded my drivers license, rental receipts, and Medicare card identification, they were still insisting on having copies of credit card bills, water rates, electricity and other utility bills. I believe that this app is a scam and have taken measures and reported them to the Australian Federal police as I am concerned with that of the amount of documentation they require could fall into the wrong hands and all be miss used. They would not let me open an account despite all the information that I had uploaded demanding more. Please be very careful with opening an account with this unregulated cryptocurrency trading company that requires more identification and that of your typical bank.

Had been using tap for over a year now at the start of 2024 they started giving me a error not allowing me to use MY funds after months of messaging and the same response I asked them to just close my account and withdraw my funds to a wallet. (AFTER MONTSH OF BACK AND FORTH MESSAGED WITH THEY SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE) They closed my account and I sent them my wallet address, it never arrived been weeks now still the same response waiting on the relevant team and no update. DO NOT USE Website has lack of support They will not cover any money they lose you

Really impressive app. I have been using it for over a year and the service is amazing. I researched the app before using it and the company follows all of the rules and looks very trustworthy.

If I could give these people zero stars I would. I had a small amount of bitcoin which I converted into GBP on the 18th Feb. I also on the 18th Feb tried to withdraw the GBP to my bank account. It said it was “creating the account” or something, and I would be notified when it’s ready… whatever that means. Anyway, here we are nearly 2 months later, and multiple live support chat messages and they still have my money. Now when I re-request the withdrawal it says e-banking not enabled on my account?!? They just keep fobbing me off with excuses. Absolute jokers.

I can’t access my funds. I type in my 5 digit passcode but when I press the reset button. It’s says I don’t have authorisation. There has been messages with a 6 digit code sent to my phone. Please how do I have access to my funds I hope this isn’t another scam company.
