Nothing is showing after login

Very slow app, been trying to make a payment for over 5 hours

Policy premium Payment through app is pathetic. I sometimes feel is this really a product from TATA

UX is very irritating it’s only useful to check due date. I prefer Policy bazar app for every thing. Poor application interns of UI/UX.

U need to verify your id and password If you switch from one tab to another. If u press something else it crashes and you have to re-authenticate. Please fix it.

It keeps circling not able to pay premium junk app

Some problem with the application If i navigate to other screens application is getting automatically logged out

From last 3 days I want to pay my premium for my policy but unable to pay because application is not working properly

Mne ek policy buy ki thi tata aia se or meri policy deny ho gyi thi or payment bhi mne krdi thi us policy k liye pr policy deny hone k baad aaj 25 din ho gye mere rupye refund nhi hue h roj mujhe ye kh dete h kal aa jayegi payment……really very bad TATA AIA. Agr koi mujhse slah lega to m to bilkul mna krta hu agr aaj ye rupye refund nhi kr rhe to in future kya pta policy khtm hone pr rupye time se milenge ya nhi….VERY BAD

The app is very very bad ! Not at all working ! Designed by some beginners ! No useful information / options available in the app ! Also the company keeps you harassing by repeatedly calling and messaging to pay premium for the policy surrendered / matured ! If some senior management is reading this review pls improve your app and also company !
