Doesn’t work properly…keeps hanging and doesn’t proceed the payments!

App UI is not user friendly. It’s very hard to navigate the Ui and find something useful.

The app was ok until now. The latest update keeps saying you have to update even after updating the app and won’t let you log in. What kind of quality control is this?

This is app I see worst app, This is not the right way to provide services to customers I am not sure what you guys are doing. It’s very shameful. Bad to brand name of TATA.

Keep spinning & Most of the app functionality is not working. Expecting improvement in performance and features.

I have only paid the dues but it automatically updated auto debit and now there is no option to cancel the auto debit subscription.

Never purchase any policies with TATA i have purchased 3 policies one term and 2 investment but their customer care team was very arrogant and the details mentioned before taking the policy was not there in the document which a very dangerous thing i have invested lots of money but its a loss do not go for TATA i completely lost trust on TATA
