Very weest
I am recharging done 1000 rupes but not active my box
Not at all useful not user friendly
My experience is I cannot view channels even though I am a subscriber. Asks for payment even though I am upto date with recharge amounts and I can watch on TV. Issue remains unresolved even after raising the issue twice by email and once by phone. They give one ring (yes one ring only) from an unknown number at odd times and close the issue. Useful only for payment of recharge. Recharge can be done through website. App not needed for that.
Worst ever experience, better to go for Airtel DTH
Very very pathetic, worst service by Tata play. I strongly suggest for Airtel DTH which provides full service than Tata play.
Very poor app, no functionality to raise ticket or concern
Extremely poor app, no functionality to raise ticket or concern. As bad as the tatasky service, despite being a customer since 2008

The episode doesn’t play properly
Worst service
Persistent no signal problem technician solved the problem but it reappeared. Next Technician did not show up on booked slot. Without informing changed the slot twice. Helpline will say that technician will attend to the problem but absolutely no use at all.

You added tata fitness on your own without my asking and your message says you will charge Rs.125 or Rs.150pm You are CROOKS & CHEATS. adding channels on your own. I told you to discontinue you say it cannot be done. new name suits you TATA CHOR. like it?
