More confusing
It is difficult to handle the app. There is no warning that any particular action will change the requirements and costs money for the user. Most unfriendly

Bad experience with Technical team.
Dear Tata Sky, Kindly teach your tecnniqual staff who come for installation to count the cable properly and correctly as he was demanding extra amount for cable, like was, used 28 meters cable but first he demand for 40 meter cable, 2nd I start calculating he ask for 31 meter then I finally check so I got 28 meter. So from 28 meter 10 meter is free and remaining amount is for 18 meter so he started giving me false excuses. Kindly teach them to not cheat with customers please.

I am recharging done 1000 rupes but not active my box
Not at all useful not user friendly
My experience is I cannot view channels even though I am a subscriber. Asks for payment even though I am upto date with recharge amounts and I can watch on TV. Issue remains unresolved even after raising the issue twice by email and once by phone. They give one ring (yes one ring only) from an unknown number at odd times and close the issue. Useful only for payment of recharge. Recharge can be done through website. App not needed for that.
Worst ever experience, better to go for Airtel DTH
Very very pathetic, worst service by Tata play. I strongly suggest for Airtel DTH which provides full service than Tata play.
