First you demand all my info, which of course I faked because you dont deserve it right at the beginning. Then you show me a list of unavailable beers with no way to filter options except by beer type. Then you want $15 for shipping? This app is a joke.

Well that seems like an odd way to shop. Just randomly scroll for 10-15 minutes to try and find what you’re looking for, as opposed to seeking it in 12 seconds with a “find” button. Maybe next version….

I downloaded the app and tried to look at what types of beer to see and it said the app has been suspended due to a shipping issue

This company only serves beer they want, not what you want. There isn’t even a search function. So be aware, your go to craft beer will most likely not be in here. They do have a lot of local crafts, but company’s I don’t recognize.

The app gets stuck when creating an account while using Apple ID right after I check the “over 21” button.

This is the first company I’ve ever seen that charges your card as you add things to your box. When you remove them they refund you except for when they mess up and then two weeks later also randomly charge you more even though you never ordered and your account is closed

No matter what I try the app errors out when trying to log in. Fix your app please. It’s getting deleted for now.

The array of beers is mind boggling. And they’re exclusive offerings of hard-to-find brews. The app itself is great too. The service loses a star for the delivery side of the operation. Go Express stinks. Sometimes an order will simply sit for a week+ (and sometimes way more) at the courier service they contract with. And when you have IPAs in the order, they get warm and oxidize faster. Bottom line is that outside of maybe winter you should avoid paying top dollar for hoppy beers. They’re ruined most of the time when they reach you. Other styles are fine though.

I spent over $100 on a box that never showed up. Customer support wasn’t especially helpful either. This service is a scam. Avoid.

I try not to make it my whole personality, but I freakin love hard ciders and my favorite thing is trying new ones. Unfortunately, Tavour really doesn’t have any ciders to choose from, but they DO have lots of sours, saisons, and other fun crafts! They make it very easy to understand how their app works, and the app is really easy to use. The system is a lot of fun, because they’re always updating it, and I honestly like how adding a beer to your cart automatically takes it out of their inventory. Even though adding it to the cart is essentially purchasing it, it’s just as easy to remove it and get refunded, which is great for us indecisives! They have a great description of the taste, really gorgeous photography usually, and usually include a tiny bit about how it was crafted, which I love, and what app users have said in the past about it. Ultimately, I’m gonna drop it, because the shipping and handling is quite a lot imo ($16.20 I just found out somehow?) but I don’t regret my experience with it- I’m in the PNW so getting my hands on breweries from the mid and east US is difficult! I got to try a lot of smoothie sours, barleywines, and saisons through here that I’ll likely never get the chance to try again! Definitely worth trying and I appreciate the challenge it must be to create an app that universally serves all these states with vastly differing alcohol laws! I hope they expand and thrive, I would love to come back to the app and become a regular user someday!
