Using taxi.eu, you remain mobile in Europe’s biggest taxi community and you will reach your destination in a fast, easy and reliable way.
This is the way it works:
1. Enter your destination address!
The estimated fare is displayed!
2. Call a taxi!
Select a taxi according to your wishes!
3. Your taxi picks you up!
Track the taxi on its way to you and make the most of the waiting time!
4. Pay with the taxi app!
The full fare is displayed and you can pay comfortably and cashless!
5. Rate your ride!
Thanks to your feedback, the taxis will adapt their services to your needs!
6. If necessary, contact customer service!
Simply tap on customer service if you have a personal request!
Sometimes it is an advantage to talk to somebody in person. You may have forgotten something in the taxi or if you have a question – just contact the competent customer service. You can find the link with your ride in the order history.

Отлично!
Несмотря на все мои сомнения, приложение отработало на 5 баллов. Такси приехало через 4 минуты, очень забавно было следить на карте, как машина едет ко мне. На всякий случай перед заказом такси переключил системный язык на английский.
Работает прекрасно!

Was in Berlin for the first time and ordered a taxi via this app. Everything was ok. It was very convenient as i did not know how to order a taxi by phone. Please add order receipt confirmation by sms or email. Thanks.
Doesn’t work
it is impossible to register, the application does not work.
Not able to add credit card
Only cash payment possible, when I type credit card data it processes bur not saves - clearly a bug
Fahrpreise stimmen nicht
Mir wurde bei der Bestellung ein Fahrpreis von ca 125€ angezeigt, am Ende waren es 188€!! Ein kleiner Unterschied liebe Taxi.eu
Hab ich noch nicht erlebt.
Keine Begrüßung. Er wusste auf jeden Fall besser als ich wo ich wohne. Ich wäre am liebsten wieder ausgestiegen. Natürlich kein Trinkgeld gegeben. Innentür ohne Hebel zum öffnen, sondern per Knopfdruck. Er: "Ich habe gestern eine 80jahre alte Frau gefahren, die hat sofort den Knopf gefunden!" Ja sorry kannte ich nicht! Jetzt schon;) dann bin ich ausgestiegen. Tschüss gesagt und schönen Abend gewünscht…keine Erwiderung seiner Seite. (Nico J.)
Keine Barrierefreiheit für sehgeschädigte Menschen!
Hallo, ich habe bereits schon vor vier Jahren darauf hingewiesen, dass blinde Menschen gar nicht in der Lage sind, diese App zu bedienen, und somit ein Taxi zu bestellen. Was natürlich sehr schade ist, da blinde Menschen natürlich häufiger auf das Taxi aufgrund von Mobilitätseinschränkungen angewiesen sind. VoiceOver, heißt der Screen Reader, mit denen blinde Menschen arbeiten. leider wurde meine Anfrage ignoriert. Was eben sehr schade ist! Es wäre wirklich sehr wünschenswert, wenn diese App auch tatsächlich Barriere frei wäre, so könnte man sie auch viel besser weiterempfehlen. Bei dem Konkurrenzprodukten klappt es ja schließlich auch.
App funktioniert nicht
Lässt sich einmal nutzen, dann Fehlermeldung wegen „überlastetem Server“. Nach Neu-Installation geht’s aber wieder, obwohl der Server doch angeblich überlastet war. Funktioniert aber wieder nur einmal, dann wieder der gleiche Fehler. Totaler Murks!
