Why does the app only offer child seats for 15-25 kg and above? Why isn’t there an option for smaller children?

This is the way it works:
1. Enter your destination address!
The estimated fare is displayed!
2. Call a taxi!
Select a taxi according to your wishes!
3. Your taxi picks you up!
Track the taxi on its way to you and make the most of the waiting time!
4. Pay with the taxi app!
The full fare is displayed and you can pay comfortably and cashless!
5. Rate your ride!
Thanks to your feedback, the taxis will adapt their services to your needs!
6. If necessary, contact customer service!
Simply tap on customer service if you have a personal request!
Sometimes it is an advantage to talk to somebody in person. You may have forgotten something in the taxi or if you have a question – just contact the competent customer service. You can find the link with your ride in the order history.

Schnell, Empfehlenswert!
Отлично!
Несмотря на все мои сомнения, приложение отработало на 5 баллов. Такси приехало через 4 минуты, очень забавно было следить на карте, как машина едет ко мне. На всякий случай перед заказом такси переключил системный язык на английский.
Работает прекрасно!

Was in Berlin for the first time and ordered a taxi via this app. Everything was ok. It was very convenient as i did not know how to order a taxi by phone. Please add order receipt confirmation by sms or email. Thanks.

Titel spricht für sich.
Eine enttäuschende Erfahrung.
Ich hatte mich für die VIP Version registriert. Nach der Bestellung eines Taxis funktionierte die App nicht mehr. Auch der Support ließ sich nicht anrufen. Ich habe die App gleich wieder gelöscht. Durch Zufall hat mich der Fahrer gefunden. Der Fahrer war sehr nett. Der Wagen war nicht wie versprochen premium.
Warum kann der Fahrer nicht meinen Einstellungen in der App folgen?
Ich bestelle ein Taxi mit der Bezahloption „ApplePay“ und kann nur Bar zahlen. Ich muss dem Fahrer entgegengehen, weil der meinen PIN des Standortes nicht orten kann. Ich muss dem Fahrer sagen, wo er hin muss… Es ist alles in dieser App hinterlegt - warum muss ich mich kümmern??? Ist das für die Fahrer nicht sichtbar??? Das stört mich sehr.
In Würzburg
Die Taxis in Würzburg nehmen die Anfrage an aber kommen nicht oder kommen oder die halten sich nicht an die App Route !!!
Zeitangaben komplett falsch
Statt angekündigter 3-4 min wiederholt nach 15 min immer noch kein Taxi. App deinstalliert
