The Taziki’s app is frustrating to use, frequently crashing during the ordering process, forcing me to restart multiple times. The website is equally unreliable, with similar issues. These persistent problems make online ordering nearly impossible and reflect poorly on the Taziki’s brand.

Crashes every time I try to place an order

The app is horrible!!! It crashes all the time and won’t let you use your rewards.

The app is pretty. But its function is terrible. I was trying to order something for delivery and it kept telling me my pick up time was not available. I’m logged into the app why doesn’t it save any of my information? I put my address in there as a safe address doesn’t respond. I’ve added credit card information. It’s never there. Your app makes me not want to buy your food, which which is a shame because I enjoy your food. I enjoy your food. If you can’t fix your app, I’m just unlikely to ever order from you again Except on the rare times where we drive in.

This app repeatedly crashes in the middle of trying to place an order. I did all the troubleshooting - checked for an app update, deleted and reinstalled, updated phone software, yet it still crashes several times before you can checkout. Invest in a developer who is skilled in mobile apps. It’s 2025. There’s no excuse for this big of a company to have this pitiful of an app. At least 5 times I’ve chosen another restaurant after too much frustration with this app

Constantly sends push notifications as tests.

Worst app for food service in the country. Constantly crashes and when it doesn’t, they won’t you place an order about 80% of the time. Look at the reviews though. It’s embarrassing. It’s an obvious problem for a while now but they clearly don’t care about fixing it our the quality of their service.

This app will not allow me to place an online order. Won’t accept payment.

Don’t really understand how such a large company is incapable of creating a functioning app. Every restaurant/fast food place in this country has a functioning app where you can actually view the menu and order properly. I guess I just don’t understand how such a large company with plenty of funds is incapable of creating an app that you can actually USE. Either fix the problems and make it functional or just delete the platform entirely.
