Taziki's Cafe

The first time I can hear was the food was good the customer service was good everything was good. Okay so I ordered online today and OMG what a difference it tasted like somebody played in my food it was so bad I almost got SICK my order was wrong and everything thing. I was expecting supreme quality but y’all gave me what tasted like garbage.

We LITERALLY eat at Taziki every single night with rare exceptions. I literally tried to place my order for 30min - it would seem to go thru Apple Pay, but immediately after a message pops up to tell me there is an “issue” with the transaction & no other info. Plenty of money in my bank account, def not the issue. So I kept trying to change the pick up time, eventually by as late as an hour ahead….same message. I eventually uninstalled/reinstalled the app, which of course, means my phone doesn’t recognize the login info. On top of that, I assumed the password info would be listed as “Taziki,” but no…..I finally figured out after having to reset & change all of that too, that it is listed in my phone passwords as something called “to go,” as that is the system name they send you to that resets the password. Now, how much sense does that make??? After ALL of that, and 25min later, I try one more time & it does the same thing. I was also trying to use my $10 off I’d DEFINITELY earned!! As others have said, I cannot imagine how much money you guys are losing - you’d be better off having no app at all instead of one that does nothing but infuriate your loyal customers & drive them to eat elsewhere!!

went to finally order and it wouldnt stop loading youre joking you are joking. 😡 thought my day couldnt get any worse. first arcane now this.

Last several times I’ve tried to order thru the app I get an error message. This has been over span of at least 4-6 weeks. Each time I’ve tried multiple cards thinking that the issue was my payment method and dbl checked the app was current/up to date. Haven’t had any luck so I just order thru the website. Going to delete the app and try again later down the road in hopes it’s fixed. Not sure why they even have an app honestly.

It literally keeps crashing as I’m making my order. so annoying

We order from Tazikis a lot. The Reorder option is convenient in theory, but if a price is changed, it won’t let you do it )l(meaning I have to manually add the exact same items to my order for my family, with all customizations, one by one). And what confused me even more is the inability to ADD products to a recent order. What a missed revenue opportunity! Tonight, for example, my wife wanted me to get some hummus in addition to our normal order, but the only way to do that was to ignore the reorder option and manually add everything else our family wants just to include hummus, of place a separate order for the hummus. When I told her what was involved, she said “forget it, I don’t need it that badly.” I can only imagine how much revenue is lost for Taziki's with hundreds or thousands of situations like these taking place weekly.

Taziki’s app is the worse app! It has limited features and it’s difficult to maneuver through the menu. I don’t think you can even load a gift card.

Frequent errors. Checking out you’re confronted with multiple pop ups asking to add to your order.

The app crashes often when placing orders. Takes multiple attempt

Need zero stars because the app doesn’t even work. These people are losing so much money.
