App is a nightmare, logs you out constantly and glitches when trying to log back in as “log in” selection doesn’t respond when tapped. The plug itself is great it’s just a pity the app renders it useless as every time you require it you have a lengthy process of trying to log yourself back in. Will not be buying anything from this brand again for fear of having to rely on this app for usage
If I could give this no stars I would, waste of time and money . It will not connect on any device and no support, very disappointed, will never buy another product from them.
The bulbs connect ok… but if you want to test the limits of your patience then try adding the switches. I’ve tried with an ipod, current iPad, Note 20 ultra and Fold3 not of them could reconnect a switch to my network. I’ve had this trouble with several of the TCP switches. Sometimes If one tries enough devices one of them will work but not this time.
Hi I’m having trouble linking up a few devices. I’d there an app update or support I can get ?

Why do these plugs just randomly go offline? I don’t feel like I’d want to rely on these as you can’t tell when they’re going to go down and they are very finicky to reset. I’m currently locked out of my account by an “Remote API run unknow failed” error. When they work they’re great but don’t use them anywhere that you need to be sure they’ll work.

Very happy with my purchase
It was hard getting the light to connect with wifi.. but eventually it worked. Now i am enjoying the settings..A nice feature within this app is the timer..you can literally choose or rather set a timer for when you'd like your light to switch off or on. Really good - I recommend
Loved TCP. I could control it though my wifi but now one needs an account to use it! All I want to do is change the schedule for when a tcp light comes on. I used TCP because it is good but always because it wasn’t like all the other home light control apps. Now it’s like the rest of them!
