So frustrating trying add your USN Number, Phone or email to register an account. Please fix it!

Need access to login with user ID, UI needs to be changed, poor performance. Gateway needs to be updated, when click on bill desk or paytm app crashes. Lot of improvement needed. Hope the developers fix it.

Recent update stopped working . ple fix it

This app is not designed to use full potential... we can see only one meter details. There is no way to add multiple meters to one I'd. Developers should focus on how effectively design the app to meet customer needs. Payment gateway is not working, there is no way to bill ledgers for multiple meters. Rating is less than 1 , pls focus on enhancements.

Most of the functions are not working. Wanted to register as a new user to pay my bill was not able to do it

When the telangana government have stated that they will not accept from the other app merchants then they should have developed the app to accept the payments in their own app now it is saying payment limit has reached try another time if it happens all till the last due date then what shall i have to do should i go and waste my time to go to the current office and pay go digital to the government is going to go cash is this is what development

Who can use this app and pay, you should have a sense to launch any app for customers, have you tested it? What a shame that you don’t care about citizens.

The app is not tested and UPI interface does not work. Cannot even raise complaint

There is no option for HT services request to add that also on same portal

Nothing works inside this app, either payment option or other services
