The app is inconsistent and there is too many bugs. I checked in but cannot see my boarding pass. There is a “Add to wallet” button, but when you click on it, the request fails and you get a page with weird symbols.

Appen fungerer perfekt og er nem at bruge. Dog har jeg et lille ønske, at frequent flyer nummeret automatisk skrives ind i feltet, når man er Royal Orchid+ Member.

Efter opdatering bliver ens indtastede flybilletter mistet. Også selv om men taster dem ind igen igen. Når man forlader appen mistes flybilletter også. Desuden kan jeg ikke længere finde en afgang i july jeg har booket. Jeg har også forsøgt at løse det med at blive medlem ved Royal Orchid. Den gamle app var flottere og bedre bygget op. Savner MEGET nedtællingen til næste rejse på forsiden.

One cannot see one’s Royal Orchid Plus activities in the app. To view activities, one needs to click the Royal Orchid Plus button in the app, then a PIN is sent by email and then you use that PIN to log into a website where you can see activities and statement etc. Why not have everything together in ONE app like most other airline apps?

Den kører meget fint. Overskuelig.

I downloaded Thai airways app before my travel. I was not able to do anything with it. I managed to change seats, but could not get confirmation. I managed to check it, but without confirmation or my boarding passes. So overall more or less useless for me

User friendly and very comfortable.

Difficulty to add on Passbook (Apple Wallet) when checking in on the app.

Still unable to add Boarding Pass to iPhone wallet. When asked to send boarding pass to email- no mail.
