The Co-operative Bank (NZ)

You don’t have Apple Pay im considering going to another bank your debit cards no matter how good the condition is ends up being unable to use after a while me and two others in my family have to get new cards every now and then I tried to upload my card on my wallet so my card will last longer and you don’t have it.

Co op has the worst customer service. Wait over 30 minutes for someone to answer that then tells you they will leave a message with your local bank to get in contact with you. You can’t change spending limits in weekend, you can’t contact your local bank directly. Time for a new bank.

Not that secure!

Simple and straight forward design so easy to use for any age in my opinion. Only thing I think should be changed is make it so we can delete our own accounts instead of having to call makes it’s a lot quicker for a easy fix 😊👍🏽 nga mihi ❤️🤍🖤

Good I can do all my banking on my phone. If you work full-time and branch hours are 10 - 3 then your're sweet out of luck if you need help.

When you pay, for example trade me sellers, you have to put the account number and payment reference. Everytime I copy from trade me app and paste into the banking app. When I pay it will just log me out of the app and the payment will not be sent. Will happen 4-6 times before the payment will actually be sent. Please fix this

Not really reliable, I’m not sure how many times I have to re-download the app at-least 5times a month.

App keeps on logging me out when I'm logged in trying to send statements and seems to let me do 1 thing then logs me out, not only that when im transferring money to my different accounts it only lets me action one thing then logs me out really annoying

Has been a good app however recently it has been logging me out mid transaction etc as though logging out after inactivity despite being in use. This is pretty frustrating especially if the transaction involved setting up a new payee and now you need to do that setup all over again

Had enough of this bank and there stupid app. It keeps logging you out, and often within seconds of logging in. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but same rubbish. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!
