Caught in an endless loop of authentication

Ever since the last update I can no longer use my app, I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling and it still doesn’t work.

Allows a pleasure to do business with The First, in FOLEY, AL. even when it’s an unpleasant task, they make it easy!

As a Senior I especially enjoy this app on my phone because it’s convenient and very easy. Even though things are largely back to normal, Covid is still out there.

We love banking with The First! Everyone in the Orange Beach branch are simply amazing. We have only been banking with them a few years since relocating here and I truly believe they made a point to know us by name on the first day! That meant the world to me! You call and they answer…. No annoying answering service or automated system. You can tell they take pride in their employees and the employees in return take pride in their customers. This is a prime example of what a bank should be!

I love The 1st Bank! The staff couldn’t be more friendly, helpful and professional. They are always quick to help with a smile. I also love the online app- super easy to use. I recommend this bank to all my family and friends.
