The Knot Wedding Planner

As someone who never leaves reviews, I felt compelled to let everyone know how great this app is. The Knot is so easy to use for anyone getting married! Not only do they have so many options and services for FREE, but they have PHENOMENAL customer service. I had an issue logging into my account due to a mistake on my end, and Ariba (a customer service rep) responded nearly instantly and helped me get things figured out. I will be reccomending them to everyone I know!!

Amazing app very helpful. The checklist and the guest list features helped keep us very organized.

First day of having the app. In the middle of taking the style quiz, I exited out and now it says there’s an error and won’t load. Logged out, redownloaded the app, but nothing works.

I went in to start filling out my budget tracker and all I saw was the budget advisor. When I was doing research it was helpful to know what other people were paying but I’m at a point now where I was hoping to do my budget tracking in the app. Now that I see that tool is being retired I no longer feel tied to using this app for planning and am now considering other apps.

Great site. So excited to use it. Which there was a bilingual feature. Having to duplicate messaging looks clunky and some sections look huge with so much English/Spanish text. Digital RSVP feature is wonderful, it hits took a few test emails to figure out how our guests would receive the invite and how the sit would collect their correct info.

Can’t visit the app at night without being blinded.

Will change review once fixed. I had to exit in the middle of doing the style quiz and ever since it tells me there’s an error with the vision board/style quiz. I’ve signed out, signed back in, deleted, and re-downloaded the app, etc. several times and there is no fix.

It was nice. I guess I’m unique because there was very little on the app that fit my vision. All my vendors I found on my own outside of the ap. I didn’t like that there wasn’t an easy way to collect addresses through the app, where you could share and people could add their own. Honestly I ended up using it very little, but the checklist based on your wedding date was fairly helpful. I used this one and a few others because all of them had a few items that the others didn’t. Although the checklist was my favorite part, I’d actually add a “post wedding” check list that has a lot more than just thank you cards. Like cleaning your wedding dress, clearing out wedding supplies, etc.

this app is stressful. there is a lack of cohesiveness, especially when you are taking the wedding style quizzes. photos do not match the stated “style” and there is a lack of “undo” or “back” options to reselect your choices. has potential but lacks a lot. they should worry less about how much info you give them and worry more on their vision board aspects that allow you to organize ideas in one place. for example, in order to compile a guest list you have to add everyone’s info… instead of allowing space to just draft guest lists in a more casual format.

My app is constantly glitching everytime I go to do something the app goes “oops there was an issue”
