The boss can spam attack while you can only dodge twice wowww very brainy and the attack of the boss ia so high that can one shot you and you don’t know the timing very very stupid developers imagine a boss spamming attacks on you and you can only dodge twice and the timing is so hard haha nicw nice brainy stupid developers

USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE
I used a guest account when I started the game, and since I could link a phone number or a Gmail account to the account, I did exactly that. After I changed my phone, I could no longer restore my previous account that was linked to my phone number and Gmail, I contacted your CSR multiple times, but got no response. It was completely hopeless. And because of that, I created a new character but when I try to recharge, I always get error 707 "Unable to top up" and cannot recharge. Again, no response from you!! Worst customer service ever

I’ve been playing this game for quite awhile and it is truly amazing, it’s so fun to play and easy to level up/get titles. I love gen shin impact but it crashes every time I use it, and this is the perfect alternative. It’s almost exactly like gen shin impact and I love it. Great work!

customer service is so bad. tried to contact them multiple times because im trying to make a purchase in game but its not going through despite deducting on my bank. worst experience in game and in customer service
