USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE
I used a guest account when I started the game, and since I could link a phone number or a Gmail account to the account, I did exactly that. After I changed my phone, I could no longer restore my previous account that was linked to my phone number and Gmail, I contacted your CSR multiple times, but got no response. It was completely hopeless.
And because of that, I created a new character but when I try to recharge, I always get error 707 "Unable to top up" and cannot recharge. Again, no response from you!!

I’ve been playing this game for quite awhile and it is truly amazing, it’s so fun to play and easy to level up/get titles. I love gen shin impact but it crashes every time I use it, and this is the perfect alternative. It’s almost exactly like gen shin impact and I love it. Great work!
