Why can’t I change text size in the app anymore?
Text size settings in Accessibility affect the whole device while I want to change size for this app only.

No text size settings in the app, default size is way too small
Boring
Reporting tries to be sensationalist but actually has become boring
The app is worse than the web-version.
Have been reading NYTimes for years using mainly web-version, as the app is rather a punishment compared to the web-variant: 1) the app has been constantly turning off unexpectedly, 2) the content (especially that of not main articles) seems to be lagging behind and has not been refreshed as often as new articles appear in the newspaper.
Clunky
The app has a lot of technical problems. Takes long time to load- particularly the games crosswords etc. keeps refreshing and the process takes a long time. Generally slow

Eyes are getting tired very quickly. Please, add the dark mode. Almost every news app has it now.
Impossible to cancel
Once you are a subscriber (which is easy) you are then unable to cancel. At least this process is really complicated! Why do I spend time when I want simply to cancel??
