Can’t start a program, it just loading

Hi Conan. I mean Arnold. For years I struggled with loosing weight and continuely felt fat shammed by doctors, dietitions and trainers. But in 2023 I watched the documenty on you and learned about the pump club. I had little hope in the idea of using an app to help keep me motivated but my husband tried it and started seeing results. Knowing for women it to be a bit harder I gave it a go anyway. If it didnt work i could cancel the sub. Surprisingly thanks to you and your team I have finally been able to break the continued platue I had been on by using the app and listening to your podcast. Thank you so much for creating this positive place by using technology. It has help me with so much more than just my weight. Forever your fan.

I love this application. Along with «Arnolds pump club» I improve physically and mentally every day. Slowly i see progress in my training every week. Ive built on average 7gram of muscle and lost bodyfat. I love these small wins! Thank you Arnold (and his team)!

I’ve tried a few apps before but none really worked for me. Then I found the Pump app 3 months ago and have been using it religiously since then. The programs are fantastic and really challenge you if you adopt Arnold’s “first set mindset”. I am super happy with the significant progress I made in just three months and totally recommend this app to anyone who’s serious about lifting. The kicker for me is I sort of feel like I am working out with Arnold, which is totally cool.

Love the app but when I forget to complete a workout and go to work out the next time it wants me to complete the previous workout and then…it won’t let me do the next one “Arnold’s Rule: One workout per day”

Hands down this is the best fitness app that I have ever subscribed to. I am in the best shape of my life mentally and physically. Daniel, Adam, Arnold and the rest of the team are doing an amazing job and they listen to the people to continue to improve the app.

My focus is getting to the gym every weekday. Once I’m there this app allows me to “disconnect” and guides me the rest of the way. I enjoy the variety of exercises in the Foundation program, and it keeps each day interesting. By taking away the burden of deciding what to do at the gym I find it’s easier to be consistent, even on days I’m not inspired. Just show up and do the reps!

This is more than an app. It’s an inspiring challenge that takes you beyond what you thought your limits were yet meets you where you are. Stick with the program and the results will come. Takes the guesswork out of fitness and allows you to focus on proven methods to be your best. Plus, Arnold is right there in the community frequently connecting with everyone. Love it and highly recommend you give it a try.

This app is non-refundable, so don't make my careless mistake and accidentally purchase. The physical guidance is sound for either sex, but as a woman I get the feeling I'm in a mostly male gym. It's Arnold after all so what did I expect (!). Tiring of the all black and red design and unable to change it. Workout videos helpful but all men. A great app though for weight training specifically, just wish they had a woman on board.

Paid for it - and they lock up all of the workout programs. If you’ve been using the gym for awhile and want something to help you get better, this IS NOT the app for you. I love Arnold but this app was a total waste of money.
