Что на сайте, что в приложении, нельзя сделать ни одного действия без регистрации... зачем??? Приложение в топку, покупать ничего не буду принципиально

Слишком навязчивая форма регистрации! Просто никуда от нее не деться! Эй, я просто хочу посмотреть приложение в работе и определиться с выбором. Зачем мне регистрироваться не посмотрев товар?!

I ordered 4 dresses in this site, but I wasn't at home until the parcel arrived. And when I unpacked the parcel it had been more than two weeks. One of the dresses was not what I ordered, the rest terribly stank by old age. I had to take the cleaning immediately. On my email about the replacement of the dress, they answered me: "What for are you writing here? already passed more than two weeks after delivery? Yes, I understand that it's gone, but because it's the store's fault, I thought I'd at least hear a polite answer.

Not working totaly

I would not recommend purchasing from The RealReal if you are based outside of the US. I received an item that didn’t match the description online. When I went to return it, I found that the return window had closed prior to the item even being delivered. I have spent weeks emailing The RealReal about this, but the customer service team has been incredible unhelpful and unresponsive.

Found my dream jacket online but bought it in the Melrose store in LA. The staff were fantastic, so helpful & knew their stock! Bought a few things online later that day & am bracing myself for the shipping & import charges to NZ, but completely worth it. Incredible quality.

I love this app so much but only giving it 3 stars because international shipping is so expensive. It’s 60 Australian for a single order and if the combined value goes over a certain amount you need to pay tax and duty, which is also expensive. I would buy so much more if it weren’t for the shipping.

I have been burned with fake shoes twice but the clothing is the legit.

Always get the best prices on real luxury goods. And I trust it’s always the real deal. Fast shipping.
