I ordered 4 dresses in this site, but I wasn't at home until the parcel arrived. And when I unpacked the parcel it had been more than two weeks. One of the dresses was not what I ordered, the rest terribly stank by old age. I had to take the cleaning immediately. On my email about the replacement of the dress, they answered me: "What for are you writing here? already passed more than two weeks after delivery? Yes, I understand that it's gone, but because it's the store's fault, I thought I'd at least hear a polite answer.

They charge ridiculous shipping and consignment fees. If you get your items listed for consignment, half of the time the description is incorrect (which causes your item not to sell). Some items are listed for close to the brand new price at retail. If you place a new order, it shows up whenever they decide to ship it out. My last order arrived AFTER the return cut off window. This site is all about take rate, fees, and not caring if the customer has to jump through hoops or pay ridiculous fees.

I guess I should have read more carefully but I used this company to sell a new with tag purse that was $229. I earned $8. I just don’t understand this? I know they have to list cheaper than the buying price but I could have made more off Facebook market place without going through such a process to send in and wait weeks

I love TRR but recently have been having trouble with their new update. Under a saved search, the “Delete Saved Search” button is way too large and easy to click. I’ve accidentally clicked it too many times to count. My saved searches are curated with designers that I’ve selected throughout time and with this recent update, am now missing pieces on my feed because I couldn’t possibly remember every single one I had listed previously. It would be great if the developers could move the button to a less conspicuous spot on the screen.

As a shopper, my experiences have mostly been positive. The inability to combine shipping unless items are ordered at the same time is a pet peeve. Especially compared to other retailers that either charge shipping at cost (or free) or combine shipping for items purchased within a certain window. More concerningly, I had a bad experience purchasing a watch that did not keep time properly (as per the item description) and so would warn against ever purchasing electronics from them. As a seller, beware that they slashed the payout going to consignors (more than doubling their commission) without any sort of notice that the terms were changing.
