Always refreshing when trying to sign in. Always signing you out. Requires uk own devices authentication every time even though it’s the same device I am using. Look at all the other reviews they all say the same thing The app is basically unusable.

Every time you open the app you need to write your username name or membership number then wait for the code which comes via your email. This is super inconvenient and annoying. Even the most secure bank apps don’t do that.

Too clunky and felt like they couldn’t secure my information so, immediately deleted it

Always logs you out for security purposes and then gives you a message saying account is locked and you should try again later! Whoever was hired to update the app should be fired, my banking app never logs me out and it’s on my phone, who is the star to have so much security with OTP codes every time you login?

This app constantly requires you to re-verify, multiple “one off” device approvals and forgets you have approved Face ID for log in. It’s a very tedious app for a company which should have a much better system than this

Whoever thought sending an OTP via email was a good idea should be sacked! The update is horrendously bad!

App doesn’t work, I couldn’t even use a voucher for food that was stored in the app. Ridiculous and unprofessional from Star no wonder you guys are going bankrupt.

We’re in 2024, why does it takes weeks to ‘update’ an app? Which still doesn’t work. Haven’t been able to log in for weeks now despite resetting and doing everything required. Staff have made me goto the front desk to check anything I need to know everytime as they said the App and kiosk are still updating.

Since the most recent update, I am unable to log into the Star app.

Not sure why companies do this. Why is there multiple security measures in place for an app that doesn't have access to your bank or any other financial information for someone's financial gain? I check tier points, book restaurants, book hotel and check promotions. Wow!! My bank app doesn't have this much security
