Our classes are designed with the intention of giving you back pieces of yourself we all tend to lose as we experience different stages of life. Whether that missing thing is the confidence that you are freaking amazing and beautiful after years of negative self-talk or the courage to dance wildly and just be YOU without the fear of judgement, we are here for it! You will never hear our instructors talk about a slimmer waistline, lower number on the scale, or how many calories are burned. We recognize how detrimental those thoughts can be to our mental health and how quickly they can rob us of the joy we deserve. The Studio is all about letting go of the BS and enjoying the journey of becoming healthy, strong, confident, and most importantly, HAPPY! Life is too short not to live it to the fullest!

Love it!

I am 53 years old and I love The Studio! Videos are fun, challenging and there is so much variety. I also love all the different women that are featured.

So much fun!

I am having a blast with the app! So glad you mentioned it on YouTube or I would have never known.

Haven’t needed a gym since Covid

I found Jamie on YouTube during Covid , then signed up for the online studio and enjoy the variety so much that I haven't had a gym membership since then. I’m in better shape than ever and don’t need to deal with gross gyms anymore. So happy I found Jamie and all of her amazing instructors!

Best online classes

Jamie literally pumps you up to not quit. She is inspirational and gets so into it it makes you feed off that energy! All her instructors do a great job!

The Studio is worth the investment

I can’t put into words how much I love the Studio app! I’ve had the app for almost a year and now working out is my favorite part of the day. There are so many different types of workouts (some of which I never would have tried without this app), definitely something for everyone. And the positive vibes makes it feel so inclusive. It is 1000% worth the money I’ve spent and I will absolutely be renewing my subscription when it ends!

Who knew exercise at home could be this fun?

I have done various forms of group fitness classes for 30 years, but just couldn't be consistent when working out at home. Jamie changed that. The huge variety of workouts, awesome playlists, super high energy, and positive messaging keeps me coming back. I never realized how much the inner hiphop dancer in me was dying to come out! I go to work out for 30 minutes and pretty soon two hours have elapsed because I keep wanting to try just one more class….. highly recommended!

Best workout app Ever!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been working out to this app for 2 years and love it. I am now motivated to workout everyday due to how good each series are and the fun music is a huge plus!!!! I am in the best shape I have been in since I was a teen.

Worth Every Penny

This is the best money I’ve ever spent. I’m so thankful I happened to see one of Jamie’s videos on YouTube and it lead me here. The workouts are pure fun while still kicking my butt. I actually look forward to my workout with The Studio everyday. With access to live classes there is always something new and you can bet there will be a banging play list.

BEST WORKOUTS EVER

I have been using this app for about two years now. I joined the studio in Springfield then got moved for work and had to start using the app! This app is amazing! The workouts are different and NEVER boring (sometimes they will even make you cry). I highly recommend, it is worth it and EMPOWERING! Never ever are they worried about body image, it is about the healing the inside through working the body. Something everyone should be a part of.

Jamie rocks!

Love everything. One thing I would add is being able to double tap to fast forward or back up the video, like on YouTube.
