TOO SLOW TO DELIVER MY ITEM. YESTERDAY CALL ME ASK ME WHERE MY ADDRESS LOCATED?? HELLO YOU ARE THE DELIVERER. THE ADDRESS CRYSTAL CLEAR AND HE PROMISED TO SEND AT NIGHT. WAIT TILL 9PM, I MSG HIM AND NO ANSWER. TODAY FROM MORNING TILL NOW 5PM DIDNT SHOW UP. WHEN I CALLED, “the admin” ANSWERED AND VERY RUDE! STUPID COMPANY. NO NUMBER TO CALL!

I had bad experience yesterday. I already order for 1 ton lorry but came to my house 5 ton lorry. Then, i need to pay extra for deliver just 1 furniture because of The Lorry.com mistake. Its so nonsense. The lorry.com supposed to fullfil our request, not to setup order followed by your company. Additional, driver is not helpful. Just watch and wait until we finish loading inside the lorry. Not good as other delivery apps driver which so helpful in supporting loading furniture inside the lorry even we are not order additional manpower. Its so bad experience. My suggestion to you is use other delivery apps rather than this.

Ive been using The Lorry for all my moving and have had good experiences so far. The driver and workers handled my things the best they can but would recommend handling anything fragile by yourself. Overall will continue using The Lorry for future moving needs.

I had a terrible experience yesterday. The lorry apps sub to 3rd party movers which is not experienced, not helping, careless and not responsible. There’s no safety precautions in the lorry at all. My washing machine fell in the lorry and facing serious dented. My sofa wet and dirty because the lorry is leaking. The lorry driver don’t want to be responsible to the damage item. And we still have to pay them. I did call the lorry and email them. They asked me to wait for further investigation. Anyone who want to use this apps please think twice. Better chattered the experience movers.

Bodoh apa susah sangat nak cancel. Nak kena belek FAQs, nak kena call apa bagai. Menyusahkan. Dah la dapat driver lembab datang, then lembab hantar barang. Sial.

Aplikasi macam celaka,tak boleh muat naik gambar barang sampai pemandu kena mesej sendiri barang apa nak angkat.

Booking pukul 8am dan dipersetujui. Tapi pukul 10am baru nampak lori 😩 Dah la x update langsung apa2. 😒
