They don’t allow me sell unless I buy again and give them more fees before leaving the app. Don’t recommend specifically if you have access to the US stock market most apps are more transparent. Luckily I only had small amount of money here and was only withdrawing for phone bill so I don’t care much about it but overall bad experience and not worth your time or money. Leaving their own message below. لاحظنا انك قمت بمحاوله البيع اكثر من مره اليوم و تم رفض الطلبات الخاصه بيك بسبب انه حسابك راكد حاليا بسبب عدم القيام بعمليات خلال عام. عشان نقدر نفعل حسابك مره اخرى لازم تقوم بأى عمليه شراء على اى سهم و هيتم تفعيل الحساب من خلالنا و هتقدر تبيع الاسهم مره اخرى. برجاء العلم انه تفعيل الحساب خلال يوم عمل, لو تم شراء اسهم اليوم هتقدر تبيع غدا.

It takes ages for the agent to answer my question. He comes back and say “thank you for your patience” and then disappears again for an hour. There is no option to end the chat and try to find another agent. I cant even rate the chat or write a feedback regarding the agent who spoke with me or the service that I should get. Honestly, they need to put more effort in Customer Service.

They removed the only feature I downloaded the app for. (The rumble score) Also, they update their lists of Solid Stocks/Sharia/.. without any dates of when companies were added/removed & even when you ask them about the previous lists they posted & their dates they say they can’t retrieve older data or lists they posted. To conclude, I think the rumble score should be back & past months lists should be available at least when requested.

Support options sucks ( FAQs, chat & phone ) - FAQs are fine - Chat is unusable 8-50 mins waiting time. - Phone is limited to bigger wallets from +500K As if any other users below +500K are negligible! Though I believe below 500K are the majority. So when your limit order is executed at a wrong rate for unknown reasons, you can kiss your money goodbye as you won’t be able to reach anyone by any mean possible. Switching to a more mature app until this one reaches proper/basic level of support. N.B: I got all their subscription bundles, so it makes no difference.

The worst company to deal with in terms of speed of withdrawal or deposit and delay in disbursement. Also, their customer service is the worst customer service you may see

It is the best app to steal your money you can only transfer money and its easy but you can’t withdraw it they are frauds نصبايه ومفيش دعم فني اكلمه يحللك مشاكلك ولا اي حاجه
