No refunds and horrible customer service
Beware of this, they will leave your food at what they call a reasonable location, such as the street. Only a voicemail was left by customer service, which is useless since they dont allow you to call them back / call them at all. After several emails to customer service, no refund was arranged, and they did not even say they would complain to the driver. My food was never delivered, I even provided doorbell / intercom log and phone log showing that courier never rang my doorbell or called my phone. They repeatedly copy paste standard statement saying they can leave food in the street, and if so they do not provide a redund. This is ridiculous, and cant even be called customer service. Stay away at all costs, I will only be using uber eats from now on.
