Beware of this, they will leave your food at what they call a reasonable location, such as the street. Only a voicemail was left by customer service, which is useless since they dont allow you to call them back / call them at all. After several emails to customer service, no refund was arranged, and they did not even say they would complain to the driver. My food was never delivered, I even provided doorbell / intercom log and phone log showing that courier never rang my doorbell or called my phone. They repeatedly copy paste standard statement saying they can leave food in the street, and if so they do not provide a redund. This is ridiculous, and cant even be called customer service. Stay away at all costs, I will only be using uber eats from now on.

As a student this app is very helpful and convenient. Easy to swipe through and find the fitting meals from fitting restaurants, especially considering that I work out a lot and come home to having not to worry about making food when I am tired for the day. Very good app. Recommended it to all my fellow students

If you leave the basket, it’s impossible to find back to. Every other normal app has a basket icon available constantly. When you pay, you don’t see a list of the items you’re paying for. The list goes on… it’s simply just the worst user experience and interface I’ve ever seen.

i do not want to disable the push notifications because i like to be notified when my food is arriving. what i also do NOT want is to receive ads as push notifications. i am never touching this app again because of your scummy ad practices, congrats 👍

Grootste issue voor mij is de onbetrouwbaarheid van de status van een bestelling. Van het ene moment op het ander gaat de status van ‘over x minuten bezorgd’ naar ‘het wordt zo bezorgd’ waar het vervolgens eeuwig op blijft staan. Er is maar één ding slechter dan geen informatie en dat is onbetrouwbare informatie.

For an app that supposed to make ordering food easy, I can’t believe you still can’t filter to only see restaurants that serve a few vegetarian dishes (or other diet/allergy requirements), and apply that filter to menu items. It takes ages to find something in the app that does not contain meat so I usually end up just calling a restaurant I know instead.
