After pressing sign in, you are directed to the website which brings up a blank page 🤦🏼‍♀️. I have tried multiple times, deleted the app, reinstalled it. Nothing works

I was charged twice for same tickets- first time said to don’t go through

Loggin via your app is mission impossible honestly, it states suspicious behaviour

Can’t even sign in.

Periodic password updates for this app makes no sense. Ticketmaster should use 2FA/MFA if they’re worried about security because no one has the energy to be forced to update their password. Their user experience is the worst but have to use it since they have a monopoly on tickets

1- It signs me out every time I close the app. 2 - It then forces me to change my password every time I need to sign in again. What’s the point of having an account

This app is absolutely trash there’s so many things that go wrong nothing works properly and there’s always an issue like bro imma keep it a buck w you this is an important app how does is it not work properly 😭🙏

Time consuming, user unfriendly app, awful user experience.

trust Ticketmaster. I bought a ticket for the Lauren Daigle show, and they told me the transaction did not go through and that I had to do it again. So, I did, only to realise afterwards that both payments were deducted. There is no communication line and no one to speak to, and I still haven’t received my two tickets or my change, nor did I receive a refund for the one purchase that actually went through after they said it didn’t. both my seat are still available but not my money.

Can’t sign in keeps saying there is activity on my account
