No offers for gold
Its been years and i havent received a single offer promised to me during my purchase. No bowling, no games nothing. I have invested in lacs recharging. Very disappointed

Employees are liars
Employees mention that if you download this app, that you will get ₹250 as joining bonus and it was just a scheme to increase the download numbers and they were clicking photos after your card is added. It’s just a scam to collect user data. Please do not fall for the same, even they did not connect with you after app is downloaded.
High charges for card recharge it should start with ₹100 minimum to max amount instead of ₹600
It’s good fun only it’s high charges reduce it it will more fun .

Unwanted share of personal data
They force to install app and provide all personal details when even we don’t want to share. Completely unwanted just for them to send ads and unwanted promotions
Terrible Customer Support and Unfair Policies
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Timezone. I refilled my account with Rs 13,000 and used Rs 5,000, only to find that Rs 8,000 had vanished from my account. Their reasoning? The unused amount expired because I didn’t spend it within a year. It feels unreasonable to expect customers to spend such a large sum within a set validity period. To make matters worse, their customer support is abysmal. I’ve tried reaching out via email and phone calls multiple times without any response. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t provide adequate support or honor its financial commitments to customers. If you’re considering using Timezone, be prepared for potentially poor customer service and stringent, unfair policies regarding account funds. Save your money and avoid the hassle—there are better places to spend your entertainment money.
Forced to download the app
The only reason for my 1 star is that I was forced to download the app to play the Bumper Spin Cars RDC, in the mall where the internet is always terrible so I had to wait for 15 minutes along with my friends to download the app and register with it.
Frustrating
Asking for captcha verification million times. Not able to proceed.
