Почему в Колизей нигде нет уже билетов, а на этом сайте - все сеансы - пожалуйста ??
They just took my money and did not provide tickets. They say ‘we have technical problems’ only after my several requests!!!
We have bought an excursion to St. Mark's Basilica and after payment noticed that I have no time to be in time, our plane lands on that time tour starts. I contacted to support with a request to reschedule for an hour or two or reset it on another day same time. In response i received one and the same answer nothing can be done. Is this the vaunted European service? Are you serious? Can't transfer the tour? It is not cool! You must be ashamed. Although what I'm talking about, you have the same crowd. There will be new tourists!
Colosseum and Palatin hills. The company representative was supposed to meet everyone at 14:55 near the Arch to accompany the whole group to the Palatin Hills. We were at place at 14:53 and they were already gone. I called company’s representative at 15:03, while I was standing just next to the entrance to the Hills, and she answered with total indifference that our group has already left, and we can TRY to join another one at 16:30 (It was +35 in Rome). Customer service simply ignores the claim to refund the money, by saying “let us investigate your case”, “we’re waiting for the reply from our representative”.
В день посещения зоопарк был закрыт из за погодных условий. Мы писали в сервис об этом, нам ответили что деньги вернут но когда не известно. Прошло пол года, денег не вернули. Не рекомендую.
05.09.2017 мы с купленными в этом приложении билетами не смогли попасть в колизей, так как в описании написанном на билете про зелёный киоск Билеты не распечатывали!!!! Касса была только на римский форум! ((( мы очень разочарованы вашим сервисом!!! Очень! Никогда больше не буду пользоваться вашими услугами!!!
It is pity that Tiqets company do not take the customer feedback to improve. But it is, without evidence, focusing on the fact you are right and customer is wrong districted and not reading carefully. First I have never asked for cancellation, and you mention that policy. As matter of fact a purchased 4 tickets at 27 € each, and I got two possibilities to access to your tickets. 1 downloading the pdf ( much precise), but I did not follow it as was shown as alternative on point two. 2. The tickets in the app ( I can share the screenshot as I did to you staff via WhatsApp) where the meeting point address is not stated, and there is a map with the location of the meeting point at a place where we have been waiting. The ticket on the app was recognised by your people in WhatsApp as misleading. (I can share the screenshot also for it) As conclusion, we went right after in the Park Güell by baying a new ticket for just 11 € each. The same tour on the shop you indicated to go by name, where we arrived instruct by your staff in WhatsApp. As matter of fact your charged quite a lot 27€ from 11€ at the shop. With little line to be skipped that you offer.. but I understand it is individual decision. For the Sagrada Família the problem is the app I have selected Guided tour, and the tickets was without... there is some problem when customer select the type of ticket, and I discovered just on site. BTW I went to Madrid and was attempted to use your app for the Reina Sofia and the Prado tickets, but I did not. Now, I have deleted your app.. reason: offended by your reply. Not upset for the money lost. I’m sure you are able to get info from VISA, Master Card, Union Pay or American Express.. to check my online spending level and I can list the most advance services, where there is just three concepts to succeed: reputation, reputation and reputation! First of all in this day and age why do I need to initial a ticket purchase in a website that then opens the app to then purchase the tickets to be delivered in an emailed PDF. Have you heard of Apple wallet? Secondly no refunds for wrongly purchase tickets an outstanding scam. Good for you! I’ll be requesting a refund through my credit card company. Which will then cost you more money to argue. You will probably win but at least I will make you pay some of the profits that should have been rightfully refunded to me.
