It is pity that Tiqets company do not take the customer feedback to improve. But it is, without evidence, focusing on the fact you are right and customer is wrong districted and not reading carefully. First I have never asked for cancellation, and you mention that policy. As matter of fact a purchased 4 tickets at 27 € each, and I got two possibilities to access to your tickets. 1 downloading the pdf ( much precise), but I did not follow it as was shown as alternative on point two. 2. The tickets in the app ( I can share the screenshot as I did to you staff via WhatsApp) where the meeting point address is not stated, and there is a map with the location of the meeting point at a place where we have been waiting. The ticket on the app was recognised by your people in WhatsApp as misleading. (I can share the screenshot also for it) As conclusion, we went right after in the Park Güell by baying a new ticket for just 11 € each. The same tour on the shop you indicated to go by name, where we arrived instruct by your staff in WhatsApp. As matter of fact your charged quite a lot 27€ from 11€ at the shop. With little line to be skipped that you offer.. but I understand it is individual decision. For the Sagrada Família the problem is the app I have selected Guided tour, and the tickets was without... there is some problem when customer select the type of ticket, and I discovered just on site. BTW I went to Madrid and was attempted to use your app for the Reina Sofia and the Prado tickets, but I did not. Now, I have deleted your app.. reason: offended by your reply.
