Can you please fix this bug as soon as possible I can’t print any stencils the pictures keep disappearing and printing blank sheets

Update caused printer to print blank stencils

I had some problems with the latest version, but after adjusting the settings, everything works fine!

Printer ap won’t show my image, I can’t print my stencil,this is costing me thousands of dollars in missed work. What a joke this printer is

Was working great until the new update. Now it always prints an empty sheet on my stencil paper even if I have an image selected.

Friday, everything was perfect as usual, they updated it this weekend (?) now it print double lines Can’t see nothing if my stencil

The app update now causes my stencil to print double. Fix this please!

would love to be able to adjust the size of what im printing on the app, would be very helpful

This app could use a lot more features to improve the overall user experience. The app itself could have a resizing tool and I find that the paper size presets are very limited. I bought the printer to use with 8.5 x14 thermal paper not 8.5 x 11. But upon using the app, there’s no way for my to customize my paper size which is extremely disappointing.

Printer works well, but it would be nice to see more features added. Would be really useful to be able to crop and resize images in the app. Also connecting to the printer can be quite finicky.
