Why did the tablet stop seeing the printer? connects, but the application displays "printer not found" and freezes. What to do?

Last update totally ruined paper size. Now i have to add 25% more size to picture i need to print. Back the right size of paper us a4!!!

This suddenly stopped printing images. I toyed with some of the settings , go to the magnify glass tool and press both toec buttons listed to make sure they are both check marked . Change print visibility setting to “normal”, and click the B5 paper size instead of the typical A4 setting. Im not sure if all or just one of these settings fixed the issue. But this finally made the image visible again and successfully printed. Wanted to warn and offer others the advice. Wouldnt suggest purchasing and using unless already owning one. Just because of the amount of issues that fluctuate with its use with very little assistance or a manual online. Otherwise when it does function, a decent quality printer .

Why do every photo show up blank this was a waste of my Money I want a refund !!

It doesn’t work anymore. Ghosting images…. Ugh😡

Loved it when the software wasn’t having issues. Now it’s a waist of $400.

It’s been over 7months with this issue. It got fixed temporarily but now it went back to ghosting the images and unable to print. Seriously wish the developers can find a long term solution.

The picture goes blank everything comes out blank the settings are as well horrible to work with.
