Tone It Up: Workout & Fitness

With a baby and toddler, it has been difficult to fit in my workouts. The postnatal programme is so easy to follow along and gentle enough to keep encouraging me to show up for myself and make the time! I love this app, and this inspiring community! Thank you ladies for a job well done :)

This is the best home workout app I’ve found. The workouts are fun, the trainers are encouraging and the app is so easy to use. I love the workout plans, they’re so motivating and I saves me time trying to figure out what to do on any given day. There’s also a huge range of workouts which means I’m never bored!

I love the layout and how easy it is to find specific workouts for what I feel like and what I want to achieve. There are so many great options for both the gym and at home. The trainers have fantastic energy and if you follow them on IG there are also heaps of workouts on there that leave you sore for days. I downloaded a whole bunch of different workout apps and this is the one I liked the most for it’s range and ease of use. The favourite feature works well but it would be great if at some point you could favourite workouts you like and separately save ones you want to try. All in all it’s a great app and I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know!

I love the whole Tone It Up approach, and the app makes it so easy to engage. The content is so well thought through, and the range of trainers makes it feel like you’re being trained by a whole crew. Selecting a programme to work through in the app has really helped keep me on track. And at the end of the day... it really works! I actually have toned muscles, and 12 kg ago I could not have imagined getting here! Nutritiom has been a big part of it too, but the main exercise I have done is walking and TIU 💕

I am so in love with this app. I love how it looks, I LOVE the workouts, I love the trainers. It’s perfect for me. My muscles are getting stronger every day 💪

I’ve written Tone it Up 3 times with no response. The app is glitching and won’t allow photo uploads to the calendar anymore. When I contact TIU they never respond. Is the customer not important??

Beware subscribing. Once they have your card on file, there is no option to delete it, only to swap it with a new one. Having to jump through hoops with their customer service.

I loved tone it up and used the app during the pandemic. It helped me get back into shape and loved the meditations. I decided to re download the app and give it another try a few months ago. The TIU website offers different subscription deals than the play store does, so went with the cheaper quarterly deal. Warning - If you do a subscription through the website it does NOT work. I wasn’t able to access the app and didn’t receive a charge on my card for weeks. I thought it must’ve not went through so did a subscription through the play store. Ended up getting double billed and their customer service does NOT respond at all! I sent multiple emails and had multiple tickets open with their help desk and nada. I had to do a dispute with my bank to get the quarterly charge removed. And now I’ve been charged again when I don’t have an active subscription! The workouts used to be good but not sure anymore since I couldn’t access anything.

I started using TIU when I was pregnant and I definitely recommend this app for women wanting a workout geared for them during pregnancy. I’ve been using the app for 3 years and love the workouts, but I wish they were longer. I understand having a few 10-20 minute quickie workout options but it’s starting to be the majority. I either have to go deep in the archives to find a 30-40 minute workout or do multiple videos which is annoying bc you have to then do multiple warmups and cool downs. It throws off your workout.
