excellent customer service and easy process

This looks perfect and easy to use.

I had an emergency with my medication.I paid my pending balance in full and in advance. But reloan was not available. They said to wait for 24 to 48 hrs, until now it’s not available. If that was the case, I should’nt have paid in advance cause now I’m not able to get my meds.Such a disappointment.

What can I say? Customer service is excellent, hight TD rates, easy and convenient account creation, instapay transfer fee is FREE. This app is almost perfect, except the time deposit limit is 100k. I hope it will increase 10x the current amount in the future. I am still rating it 5.

the customer service for this app is excellent. the response in chat conversation is very fast. i don’t have any worries with my transactions because i know that they will resolved any issue. it may take time depending on the case. my only concern sometimes is my transaction failed to proceed. and takes longer that expected. but still a great app and helps me a lot. also last but not the least, i earn every month with interest.

I’ve tried opening an account with them and I completed all the forms and the identification card that they need but they always reject my application. I’ve tried contacting them through their chat service and I was informed that I have to reinstall the app every now and then if my application is rejected. It is hard to put in your hard-earned money to an institution with unstable platform and system. I hope something could be done to improve this limitations.

A lot of UI/UX problems on iOS, please help to improve moving forward

Unlike other banks that give the client the option NOT to change passwords, Tonik requires a new password every 90 days. Boo. 👎🏼

Everytime I try to withdraw from my stash to the wallet it crashes my whole phone. I have to restart and attempt to withdraw multiple times and go through the cycle again just to withdraw. Hopefully this can be fixed. I’m not sure if it’s just my phone but I don’t have this problem with other wallet applications.

I love it. No charges to every transactions. I can also have multiple stash and encourage me to save more.
