I tried to apply for a wall key safe. After filling the appropriate boxes, there was no way I could submit the application. Given the fact that I have no technical ability, I am now exactly at the same place before I started. 0%

I’m trying to get a question answered and complete the contact us section but there’s no way to send it. Not the first time this has happened.

Filled it in twice in great detail and it won’t let me send it

The app is operating very poorly. I have updated my user details 5 times and it shows, ‘user details updated successfully’ however, every time I log in, this isn’t the case. Also, I have tried to report an issue via the app (rather than ringing the council office as that is the preferred guidance) but the app doesn’t allow me to get past a section when I press ‘next’.

The application is not intuitive, with a poor layout and difficult to navigate Some elements of the app seem to freeze and whilst the concept is good there are still service that are not available or that I could Not find. Despite searching.

Useless

I downloaded the latest version to see if it has improved. The first thing I tried didn’t work properly so I’m going to delete the app now as it is a waste of time.

The whole Torfaen app appears to me to be cumbersome and old fashioned. I don’t know whether the information is vetted by somebody in charge of controlling the information flow or whether it is just blindly passed on to some autonomous department to be dealt with at the whim of that department head. Anyway this has been my experience with the many messages I have input on one subject. It seems that the attitude is - Oh that is low priority or too insignificant to bother with so we’ll neatly sweep it under the carpet and hope it goes away. Slow and inefficient just like Torfaen! Crashes constantly! Not updated in years! Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish!!

I find the app so slow to load! If you are in a hurry and want to know which bin day it is then don’t bother using this app.
